Which features of netWeather are customizable?

In addition to selecting a U.S. ZIP Code, Canadian postal code or international location as your default location, you can choose from a range of sizes and colors. A Spanish-language version is also available.

I altered the code I pasted on my page. Now it doesn't work.

If you altered the netWeather code, please go back and create your netWeather again. AccuWeather cannot support any netWeather code that has been altered from its original form.

Will the data in netWeather automatically update (refresh)?

No. The data is only updated when it is initially loaded.

I have been using the previous version of netWeather - will it still continue to work?

AccuWeather will continue to support previous versions of netWeather. However, you may wish to provide your site visitors or blog readers with the latest version of netWeather, which has been fully redesigned and improved based on user feedback.

I selected an international city for my netWeather location. Why doesn't the country map appear?

If your country's map does not appear, email customerservice@accuweather.com, and let us know which location you have selected.
